Is Cranbourne busy for new-build excavation?

Very. Cranbourne East and Cranbourne South sit at the southern end of Casey's growth corridor - Avon, Lochaven and Eliston estates have hundreds of new-build slabs each year. Cranbourne West and the Botanic Ridge release area are also active. The exception is parts of Cranbourne West and the Botanic Ridge fringe where shallow groundwater appears below 1.2m - we pump and de-water before deep footing or pool work in that area.
